食品科学与工程学科教授,硕士生导师,博士毕业于中国科学院大连化学物理研究所生物化工专业,中国科学院海洋研究所博士后,北海道大学水产学部访问研究员。
主要从事酶工程与糖工程等领域研究,先后主持国家自然科学基金(面上项目32372268和青年项科学基金项目31601410)、中国博士后科学基金面上项目(2023M743532)、江苏省重点研发计划(现代农业)项目(BE2019372)、宿迁市科技发展计划项目(L201906)等多项国家及省级课题,以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文80余篇,其中SCI论文50余篇,主编普通高等教育十三五和十四五规划教材《海洋酶工程》及《海洋酶工程实验教程》各1部,获中国轻工业联合会科技进步一等奖、江苏省轻工协会科学技术一等奖、江苏省海洋学会科技二等奖和江苏省创新创业大赛一等奖等科研奖励,入选江苏省双创人才计划“科技副总”,兼任江苏省海洋学会海洋生物资源委员会委员,河南省特色微生物工程中心兼职教授。
