张天佑

张天佑,男,讲师,2015年毕业于中科院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所,研究生学历,博士学位,目前任教于数理科学学院应用物理系及物理实验教学中心。

研究方向:有机材料、有机-无机杂化材料的磁电光性质;基于有机材料、有机-无机杂化材料的各种器件(OLED、太阳能电池、光电探测器、存储器等)的工作机制;基于有机自旋电子学的各种磁效应(磁电致发光、磁电阻、磁光致发光等)和器件(磁存储和自旋阀等)方面的研究。

1.基于三重态激子向单重态上转换机制的内量子效率可达100%的有机电致发光器件研究(No.61376022)。2014.01~2017.12,国家自然科学基金面上项目,80万经费,参与。
